Simply place the butterfly cutter on a roller pad. Roll the gum paste or fondant out in a thin layer and place over the cutter. Roll over it again, so that you create the butterfly. Carefully remove the parts that don't belong to the butterfly with the needle tool. Remove the butterfly from the cutter. Let the butterflies dry.
Before and after each use hand wash with warm soapy water
