Celebakes buttercream icing mix offers the perfect consistency when icing and decorating all of your sweet creations! Ideal for frosting cakes, cupcakes, and cookies and great for piping borders, flowers or decorations.  
Ingredients needed: 1/2 cup shortening, 1/2 cup or one stick butter softened, icing mix, and 1/4 cup water or milk.            
                                                                               
Directions: Cream softened butter and shortening.  For best results use electric mixer.  Add icing mix, water or milk and mix until fluffy and smooth.  About 3 to 5 minutes.
For a thin spreading consistency, add 1 tablespoon water or milk until desired consistency is reached. For a stiff decorating consistency, add 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar until desired consistency is reached.
