Celebakes® Cookie Icing is the perfect consistency for outlining and flooding cookies.  Its easy-to-use tip allows the decorator to control the flow of icing. Cookie icing dries hard to the touch, which allows for cookies to be stacked.  
                                                                                
Directions: Knead before using. Remove Cap. Cut off tip. Squeeze from top end of tube using steady pressure. When finished, clean tip and replace cap for storage. For outlining your cookies, start by cutting your tip slightly. When you are ready to flood your cookie, cut tip further up, for a larger opening.
