Directions: Shake well before use applying edible spray paint. Before spraying, practice on a paper towel to become familiar with a spray application. 
Hold the can upright and shake vigorously for about one minute to mix the paint inside. Test the nozzle and spray pattern on a paper towel before aiming the color mist toward your frosted project.
The can needs to stay at a 75-degree angle while spraying. Also, remember to maintain a six to the eight-inch distance from the surface of the baked goods you are decorating. The color mist will dry in about three minutes after you finish spraying. The food color spray can help you brighten up your sculptures and other decorations before you add them to your cake. You can dust buttercream frosting and royal icing with color to create all the designs and scenes that come to mind.
