This is real chocolate which requires tempering when used for dipping, molding, and barks. Yucatan real dark chocolate has a rich dark chocolate flavor. 34% cocoa content. Disk form. Real chocolate must be tempered for dipping, molding and barks. If using the chocolate as an ingredient, such as truffle centers, tempering may not be required.
Good for 24 months when stored in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
