Because Dream fondant is made with a touch of white chocolate, it’s the ideal fondant for beginners as there is no drying or cracking, even with several hours of air exposure! Dream fondant rolls incredibly thin without tearing, and has a subtle, creamy chocolate flavor. Made in the USA.

As Dream fondant is made with chocolate, it does require kneading prior to use. For best results, remove fondant from container and place in microwave on HALF power for 10 second bursts - making sure not to burn or overheat the fondant. Alternatively, knead small amounts of fondant until pliable, adding each well kneaded portion together until all is pliable.

Covering a cake: Crumb coat cake with buttercream. For best results, freeze or refrigerate coated cake before adding fondant. Knead fondant until soft and pliable on a clean surface with powdered sugar, then roll out to desired thickness. Lift, center over cake and gently drape. Smooth top and sides. Trim excess at the base.

Works great with fondant mats and cutters without any additional ingredients!

Reseal tightly in a plastic bag and replace the lid of the pail. Store unused product in a cool, dry place (not refrigerator).
