Lemon baking & flavoring emulsion uses only natural lemon oil to provide a bright, bold citrus flavor. Use in any recipe as you would an extract - and experience better results!
1tsp. extract = 1 tsp. emulsion
Use Lemon baking & flavoring emulsion instead of lemon zest in your recipes - just substitute 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest

Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
