    As its name implies, Butter Vanilla baking & flavoring emulsion is a gourmet blend of butter and vanilla at an economical price.
     
    Use it in place of vanilla extract to impart a rich, buttery vanilla taste to cakes, cookies, frostings & sweet breads. 
    1tsp. extract = 1 tsp. emulsion

What is a baking "emulsion"? 
Emulsions are water-based,  alcohol-free alternatives to extracts.  Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water.  The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
