Because we sell to businesses only, you will need to submit an account application and be approved before you will be able to view wholesale prices and place orders. Please read the account requirements and business information below to see if you qualify.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

5. Opening order $100/Non-USA $500

**A business listed telephone number is the easiest way for us to verify your business. If your phone number is not listed with directory assistance as a business phone number, you will need to submit more information (an ad from a newspaper or magazine, a brochure with your products and pricing, or photos of your displays or your business sign). To expedite your application, please choose the Download the Account Application option, complete it and mail it to us with any additional information.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS POLICY

New Accounts:
Opening Order: $100 net. FOREIGN ACCOUNTS: Minimum order $500
A completed Account Information form is required for all accounts.
All orders will be shipped Master Card, Visa or Check in Advance until a CK Products Credit Application has been received and approved. No credit terms available outside the United States.
We do not ship COD.
All invoices are billed and payable in US Dollars.

Minimum Order:
$100/ORDER US Accounts $500/ORDER Non-US Accounts
Minimum waived on orders of full cartons or cases requiring no additional boxing or repackaging.
A $10 handling charge will be charged for under minimum orders not qualifying for the waiver.

Change in Ownership:
Please notify CK Products immediately upon change of ownership.
A new account application and credit application (if applicable) will be needed to update our files.

Credit Terms of Sale:
The terms of sale are 2%10 net 30 days from date of Invoice. All unearned discounts taken will be charged back to the account. All accounts thirty (30) days past due will be assessed a 2% per month late payment charge.
